hello there, my name is solea (so-lay-uh). you can just call me lea if you'd like to, i don't mind. i'm a second year nursing student with the intention of one day becoming a medical examiner, so i'm quite a busy bee during the academic year. in my spare time i enjoy reading, writing, listening to music, watching 80's films, and spending time in nature.my life primarily revolves around music, i am never without my earbuds. i'm a world ender, sleeper, starling, and an avid enjoyer of iron & wine. feel free to click any of those names for a little field trip, i hope you enjoy their music as much as i do.as a general disclaimer, my activity online varies. i tend to step away silently when social media falls below the top five in my list of priorities, and that happens rather often, but i will always return eventually. if you happen to need me urgently... sorry?

interests
i enjoy writing and listening to music most of the time. a good amount of my energy goes into writing short stories set in post-apocalyptic cities or following vampires of my design. world and character building are my favorite pastimes, and i often find myself reaching into my vast sea of characters long before fleshing out a story.as for music, i enjoy a lot of indie and folk artists. namely gregory alan isakov, iron & wine, fleet foxes, father john misty, noah kahan, hozier, etc. ask me for recs or share yours! i'm always open to new music.80's films are another interest of mine, namely franchises like ghostbusters and halloween (though, i think the first halloween film came out in the 70's.. sue me.) my one consistent interest has been in ghostbusters and has been around since 2009, as that was the first time i ever saw one of the films. please ask me about ghostbusters. i will tell you all about every character, film, pack type, you name it.the paranormal has always fascinated me. i'm a long time lover of ransom riggs' peculiar children, books and film alike. i'm a firm believer in ghosts, clairvoyance, and the like. feel free to ask me about it!
